All good things must come to an end, and so it is with our 3 year adventure.
So as of the 20th of october 2018 Sanuk will be available to it’s next owner, who will hopefully enjoy her as much as we did. After our cruise to Vanuatu, the Solomon Islands and The Louisiades (part of Papua New Guinea) we arrived in Cairns, Australia, where we put her back in mint condition. Starting October, we will follow the Australian coast south to Brisbane, where we will transit to New Caledonia. If you are interested in Sanuk, please contact our broker, Anna Manach at Nautilus Yacht Management
We wanted a boat that was outfitted for extended bluewater cruising and geared towards comfort. She delivered all this for us because her previous owners bought her new from Lagoon with the luxury package installed, and we then proceeded to complete her for cruising.

Description of Sanuk
- 2010 Lagoon 400, hull 101. Model year 2011. Owners version with 3 cabins and 2 heads. Only one previous owner 2011-2015. We bought Sanuk in Grenada and sailed her to Australia with the two of us. Never been chartered, let alone handled by anyone but ourselves. Always stored on the hard during hurricane season.
- Perfect boat for anyone looking to do blue water sailing for up to 6 people. She is outfitted with all that is needed to enjoy relaxed cruising anywhere in the world. We are creatures of comfort, not racing sailors and Sanuk reflects that choice.
- Sanuk is fully cruising ready. You only need to go grocery shopping, fuel up and you are off to pursue your adventure. No need to spend months to install and test new systems before you start your cruise. We will do a thorough handover of the boat (three days), explaining all the various systems and their workings and passing on cruising lessons learned.
- Sanuk has been inspected by a CESAM affiliated inspector for insurances purposes in april 2017. A copy of the rapport can be provided for consultation. All the maintenance invoices and a detailed log of the boat are available for inspection and come with the boat.
